Volls Global Inc owns and directs the Volls operating companies, allocates the group's capital, and carries the governance standard that every entity works to.

The holding company exists to do three things well. It owns — holding the group's entities and the relationships that come with them. It allocates — deciding where the group's capital, guarantees and management attention are deployed. And it standardises — imposing one approach to governance, reporting, HSE and compliance across four very different regulatory environments.
Volls does not operate as a passive investor. The holding is close enough to its companies to underwrite their commitments, and structured so that a client contracting with one entity has the weight of the group behind the obligation.

How the holding works
Four functions, exercised across every entity.
Governance
One board standard, one reporting calendar and one delegation of authority across the group. Each operating company keeps its local compliance obligations and adds the holding's.
Capital allocation
Investment, working capital and guarantees are directed centrally, so that the group can commit to obligations larger than any single entity could carry alone.
Shared capability
Engineering, procurement, IT and trade capability are treated as group assets. A project in Iraq draws on Swedish engineering, Turkish procurement and UAE supply as a matter of routine.
Risk and compliance
Counterparty screening, sanctions and export-control checks, HSE and contract governance are applied at holding level before an entity signs.

Work is executed by people resident in the market, to a standard set once at holding level and audited from there.
