Investments

Capital directed by an operator.

Volls Global Inc allocates the group's own capital into businesses and projects where ownership brings more than funding.

Investment mandate

We invest where we can operate.

The holding company deploys capital into three places: its own operating companies, joint ventures where a partner adds capability the group lacks, and project scope the group itself delivers.

We are not a fund and we do not raise third-party money. That shapes the mandate — no exit calendar, no pressure to deploy, and a strong preference for positions where the group's engineering, procurement or in-country execution is part of the value being created.

Criteria

What we look for before we look at price.

01

Sector adjacency

The business sits in, or next to, energy, technology or industrial services — close enough that group capability is genuinely useful.

02

Jurisdiction we know

We prefer markets where a Volls entity is already licensed and staffed, and where we understand the counterparty and compliance environment.

03

A role for the group

There is a specific contribution we can make — engineering, procurement, delivery or market access — beyond providing capital.

04

Governable structure

Ownership and board rights allow the holding to direct the asset and apply group standards on reporting, HSE and compliance.

Process

How a proposal moves through the holding.

  1. Introduction

A short written summary: business, jurisdiction, structure and what is being sought. Reviewed at holding level.

  2. Screening

Fit against mandate and compliance screening of the counterparty. We give a clear answer quickly, including a clear no.

  3. Diligence

Commercial, technical and legal review using the group's own engineering and in-country knowledge alongside external advisers.

  4. Completion and ownership

Structuring, governance rights and integration into the group's reporting and standards framework.
