Group companies
Five entities. Four jurisdictions. One holding.
Each Volls company is licensed for its own market and mandated for a specific role in the group — engineering, trade, IT services, in-country execution, or Gulf supply.

Operating entities of Volls Global Inc.
Why this structure
Each entity exists for a reason.
The group is deliberately distributed: the jurisdiction that engineers a package is rarely the one best placed to procure it, and neither is the one that must execute it on site.
Engineering and standards
Sweden gives the group an EU technology base — engineering, documentation and supplier qualification to European norms.
Trade and procurement
Türkiye sits on the supply route between European manufacturing and Middle Eastern projects, and is where the group consolidates and expedites.
Delivery on the ground
Two Iraqi entities — IT services in Erbil and a registered branch for federal Iraq — carry the group's in-country delivery and local content.
Hub and re-export
A UAE free zone establishment gives the group a hardware supply and re-export hub with Gulf banking and logistics access.
