Volls Limited — Iraq Branch is the group's execution vehicle in federal Iraq. It holds the registration, the contracting relationships and the site capability needed to deliver physical work in country.
It is also the entity through which group EPC scope — including work originated through the VDBC JV partnership — is executed: mobilising people, governing subcontractors and carrying the HSE and local-content obligations that come with operating in the Iraqi market.
