Oil & Gas
Engineering, procurement, construction and financed delivery across energy and industrial infrastructure — executed by group entities in the markets where the work sits.
Position
How Volls works in oil & gas
Energy is the group's anchor sector. Volls approaches it as a delivery problem rather than a trading one: the difficulty in our markets is rarely identifying the scope, it is assembling engineering, equipment, in-country execution and finance into a single credible package.
The holding structure exists to make that assembly possible. Design and documentation come from the group's Swedish entity, procurement runs through Türkiye, construction and site management through the Iraq branch, and financing can be structured into the package through the VDBC JV partnership with Vanguard.
- EPC packages for facilities and energy infrastructure, with a single point of accountability
- EPC+F structures where financing is arranged alongside the engineering scope
- Brownfield upgrades, debottlenecking and systems replacement on operating assets
- Long-lead equipment procurement and expediting through group trade entities
- In-country execution with local content, HSE governance and mobilised workforce
Approach
From first conversation to long-term responsibility.
Origination and screening
Scope, counterparty and jurisdiction are assessed at holding level before any entity commits time.
Structuring
Engineering, procurement and construction scope is defined and, where the project calls for it, packaged with financing through VDBC JV.
Execution
Delivery runs through the group entity licensed for the market, using group engineering and procurement behind it.
Handover and support
Commissioning, documentation and ongoing technical support through the group's technology companies.
